We are India’s only manufacturer of IOLs using a Nanoform Machine ensuring high and consistent levels of quality. Nanoform is an Ultra High Precision Lathe with a cutting accuracy of 0.001 Micron ensuring a polish free lens surface. Nanoform technology can convert concepts, ideas and blueprints into actual products.

For manufacturing of conventional IOLs we use next generation high precision Optoform 80 machine. This is the global industry standard for manufacturing high end IOLs.

Our high precision mill is capable of cryo-milling and is specifically designed for making polish free square edged lenses.

We have a captive D.M and R.O plant to control the quality and output of water used for manufacturing of IOLs.

Our clean rooms and manufacturing facility are designed as per the latest CDSCO norms and have been certified by the Central Drugs Standard Control Organization under the Ministry of Health - India.
