Quality Assurance at AOS is an ongoing process. Incoming, inprocess and finished goods pass strict inspection.

During every stage of manufacturing, stringent testing is conducted using latest equipment procured from Israel and USA to ensure consistent quality.

Each and every lens is inspected for multiple parameters before being packed and sent for sterilization.

We have a 4 step sterility assurance system to ensure 100% sterility of product.

Fully computerised automatic ETO sterilizer & steam sterilizer. These machines record every cycle automatically & are stored for future references.
We use biological indicators with every sterilization cycle to reassure sterility of product.
Samples from every batch of lenses are sent to government accredited agencies for sterility testing.
In-house micro-biology and sterility labs conduct tests and provide sterility reports for each and every batch.
Our ERP system allows the IOLs to be packed only after the 4 steps of sterility testing are verified.
