We rely on the Optoform 80 machine for conventional IOL manufacturing, a global industry standard known for crafting top-tier IOLs. Our high-precision mill is specially designed for creating polish-free square-edged lenses, providing unmatched clarity.
To maintain the highest quality standards, we have our dedicated D.M and R.O plant, controlling the quality and output of water used in IOL manufacturing. Our manufacturing facility and clean rooms adhere to the latest norms set by the Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO) under the Ministry of Health – India, ensuring the utmost quality and safety.
